Well, if I have to comment on this I would have to say that I believe clouds never run from us, they stay away because they are afraid of causing harm to us. They purify the air we breathe, they cleanse the grime we collect, yet they have their own dark side, which they fear. They are afraid that our lives may end with one stroke of lightning they inadvertently let out, or one hailstorm they fail to contain. They do not wish to harm us, which is why they protect us from themselves by staying away. Sound's like a fantasy tale? Well, it is strictly my own opinion. Others' may vary. hmm…nice one.
